This is the dance of massage, and it is as enjoyable for the person giving it as it is for the person receiving it.

This video teaches you the basic techniques of the art of Lomi Lomi massage.Instructors Julie Stowell and Tamara Mondragon combine over 30 years of experience as Lomi Lomi therapists. Both studied with Aunty Margaret Machado on the Big Island of Hawaii. Tamara was one of her first three students, and Julie apprenticed with Aunty in l990. Together they have shared Lomi Lomi with people from all walks of life, including the L.A. Raiders football team. They are grateful to their gifted and talented teacher and continue to spread her tried, true and effective techniques with both beginners and professionals through this excellent instructional video.
