ABOUT Lee Zohlman

Lee Zohlman is a multi sport coach and athlete manager who is into his 11th season of sport coaching. He and his wife Erinne Zohlman have been managing training camps for over 10 years and they still find it as rewarding and gratifying as the first season. Lee's company, BodyZen, is the official coaching partner of the Nautica South Beach Triathlon and he is also a presenter at coaching camps such as Trifest 2008.

Hallmarks of his approach? Strength training - with an awareness of your strengths, weaknesses and life schedule. Lee also believes in the "Law of Specificity" or individualized training, not arbitrary or random or unrealistic workouts just for the sake of 'getting tough'.
